No I haven't fallen off the face of the earth

I have had many inquiries about my whereabouts and my lack of posting...I am fine---just had a busy few weeks with preparations for the Lenexa Hook-in, training time for running my upcoming half marathon ( up to 8 mile runs the past two weekends, dealing with a little health issue( I am fine---thanks!) starting to get back into swimming so that I can do a triathlon this summer and not drown in the lake, and actually do some hooking---here is what i have been working on---finished except for putting it in a black frame like my other Karla Gerard pattern.

Here are a couple of pictures of my booth in Lenexa---we had a very big snowstorm---over 12 inches on thursday which kept many of the regulars away---but the ones who did brave the roads had a great time.  many thanks to Kate for all her help---so sorry Jody and Cheryl weren't able to make it---but they will all be helping me in April in St. Louis---don't forget to register for this hook-in April 27th---information at:

The second picture show my newest cupboard design---Fruit jar Floral and some Ball jar needle keeps made by Kate---oh so cute!!!!

The Guild rug which raised funds for Cancer Action raised $1400 and was awarded to a non-hooker fron Shawnee KS---maybe she will become a new hooker!!!  Congratulations Diane!

Here is a picture of Anne's oriental---what a great job she did on the fringe---she taught us how to do this at a recent guild meeting.

Mary Flanagan made the trip to Lenexa from Wisconsin---we now have the dates for the Green Lake Rug camp in September 2014---the 21st to the 25th so put it on your calendar---it is a wonderful camp---teachers will be Anita White, Eric Sandberg, Tish Murphy, Pris Butler and Michelle Micarelli.

I have two weeks before I leave for Mississippi---French Camp---here I come.

Well I have to get comfy so that I can watch the Oscars---it's good to be back!
