At the lake

We finally got our trailer set up at Pomme de Terre lake this week.   We came down in March to do our set up and found out trailer had been broken in to during the winter while it was stored.  The door had been broken and the televisions stolen so we took it to a RV repair place---almost 5 weeks later it was finally fixed---we were not happy campers.

All is well now and we are getting things set up and enjoying our time at the lake.  Tonite will be our last night before heading back home.

Yeah!  A new door---they did a great job of painting on the graphics---the rest of the trailer has decals---many are peeling---wish they were all painted on.

Our view from the trailer---so quiet and peaceful during the week.

I decided to add a third option for my class at the ATHA biennial---I started thinking that maybe they were too Texas specific so here is what I came up with.  There are still openings if you are coming to the biennial in June.

I have been busy preparing for my upcoming summer workshops---the first one in June in Cambria California followed by workshops in Crosslake Minnesota and Milford Nebraska.  In August I will be in Mexico Missouri.

I am still not back to running---had a bit of a setback with the knee---so I started doing yoga.  It is not like running but still has a mental component that I was missing.  I am trying out different styles to see what works best for me.  On Saturday I am doing a Restorative workshop.  There are modifications that I am having to make because of the knee and arthritis in my fingers but I have been  enjoying it---any yoga fans out there that have any recommendations???

I think we are going to try fishing today...and tonite we will build a fire and make some s'mores.

My new bionic knee still sore after 3 weeks and after my little set back last Fri even more stuff now and sore but hope to get it back to where I was in my PT so I can get to do my gardens and all! Take care and enjoy the lovely view and weather there! Hugs Linda

  2. Hello Everyone,

Thanks so much for your informative writing. Having been in the business of buying and selling rugs for over a decade, the first questions I get from people are: Before buying an antique rug, what should I consider? Where do I go to buy antique rugs? Where do I actually begin my antique rug-buying hunt?
