Wools that I used---excluding the teals
Getting ready to repaint my first floor rooms---rather having someone paint for me---this rug will look perfect with my new paint colors---just so hard to narrow it down, I googled paint colors to complement golden oak cabinets and trim---they run all through the house and I am just not ready to have then painted---so these are some of the colors recommended to update golden oak.
Back to work getting ready for some upcoming workshops.
Your rug is beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the teal fill in.

ReplyDeleteThanks for all the nice complements---I have had fun working on it---sometimes doing a repetitive pattern is a good thing and since I was trying to k=make it random I didn't have to over think it---sometimes simple is good!!!

ReplyDeleteOh and the only complicated part about it was redrawing each twist slightly to help make sure that 10 rows were going to fit---occasionally adding a 9 cut instead of an 8.5
